We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to support an international client with productive issues, troubleshooting, and functional improvements. This role involves flexible, demand-based assignments rather than a traditional full-time project engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support for Oracle Time & Labour and Absence
• Functional issue analysis and bug fixing
• Configuration and optimization of existing processes
• Implementation of smaller changes and new features
• Root cause analysis for complex incidents
• Support with Fast Formula-related topics
• Assessment of Oracle quarterly release impacts
• Support with testing and regression testing
