Manager, Field Engineering

About the role

As a Field Engineering Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across Eastern Europe. You will partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to drive technical sales cycles, build strategic C-level alignment, and establish a repeatable technical motion while maintaining an inclusive engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and mentor a top-tier pre-sales engineering team across Eastern Europe.
• Partner with Sales leadership to forecast, qualify, and accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
• Institute rigorous pre-sales methodologies that shift conversations to strategic business outcomes.
• Engage with customer executives and regional partners to secure reference architectures and co-selling motions.
• Promote a customer-obsessed, collaborative engineering team culture.
• Act as a key technical leader in Eastern Europe to drive community engagement and developer events.
