About the role

The Product Manager will join the Acquisitions & Onboarding team to drive initiatives from scoping through delivery. This role involves assessing opportunities, shaping priorities, and using data to inform product performance and customer experience decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a collaborative environment, liaising closely with an extensive list of stakeholders including engineering, marketing, commercial, design & product analytics
  • Contribute to product discovery and prioritization, helping assess opportunities and shape the roadmap alongside your team
  • Build and maintain relationships across engineering, design, data, operations, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and remove blockers
  • Track product performance and use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it
  • Develop expertise in the onboarding domain and stay curious about how our product, customers, and landscape evolve
  • Be responsible for eliciting requirements, in the form of user stories & acceptance criteria, prioritizing the product backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components
  • Establish and maintain domain expertise including complex process flows and legal and regulatory requirements for our industry
  • Drive through effective and sustainable change and guide the business through the journey
  • Play an integral role in a self-organizing agile delivery team, ensuring solutions adhere to state regulations for our products while serving the needs of each of our products
  • Understand and communicate the problem whilst putting the customers experience of the product first
