Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist will manage and execute end-to-end implementations for new customers in the Strategic segment. This role focuses on developing implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. You will act as a proactive guide and advocate for customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers
• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience
• Support customers in getting up and running swiftly to achieve desired outcomes
• Advise customers on best practices specific to their software usage
• Navigate change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
