Senior Consultant SAP SLT PMO

About the role

The Consultant will manage and structure selective data transition and migration projects from a project management perspective. You will support project leadership in independent transformation projects or take on PMO responsibility within data migration for large programs. The role involves connecting migration logic with proactive project steering to ensure decisions and dependencies are transparent and timely.

Responsibilities

• Planning, steering, and coordinating national and international SAP transformation and data migration projects
• Methodical steering of SLT and migration streams along project plans, milestones, and quality gates
• Structuring and tracking work packages, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
• Ensuring transparency regarding project progress, risks, dependencies, and critical decisions
• Proactively supporting project leadership and the Activist PMO with planning, controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Preparing and moderating workshops and project meetings at various levels
• Contributing to the further development of methods, standards, and best practices for transformation project steering

Qualifications
