Consultant & Project Manager

About the role

As a Consultant and Project Manager, you will guide clients through the lifecycle of commerce, data, and AI projects from initial workshops to go-live. You will act as the primary point of contact, managing project scope, budget, and quality while translating business goals into technical product decisions. The role involves leading discovery workshops, overseeing product ownership, and collaborating closely with development and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into actionable product decisions.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
• Prioritize backlogs and make scope decisions in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate communication between development, UX, and data teams to ensure successful releases.
• Evaluate project performance against key metrics post-launch.
