Senior Product Manager - Platform

About the role

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Platform team, which manages the infrastructure, security, and internal tooling that supports the entire organization. This role involves driving the product roadmap, framing complex technical problems, and collaborating with engineers and designers in an asynchronous, documentation-first environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and efficient while delivering high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• PM the Platform team end-to-end, including security, AI infrastructure, data compliance, and technical upgrades.
• Manage the team’s product roadmap by working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and resolve ambiguity.
• Frame problems clearly to guide engineers and designers in developing effective solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to support product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using an asynchronous, non-meeting approach.
• Report on the impact of shipped features and initiatives to the wider team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience on a platform team
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
