Senior Product Manager - Platform

About the role

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Platform team, which manages infrastructure, security, and internal tooling. This role involves driving the product roadmap, framing complex technical problems, and collaborating with engineers and designers in an async, documentation-first environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the platform supports the needs of other teams and the broader business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Platform team's product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers on architecture, tradeoffs, and complex technical problems.
• Frame and define problems to guide designers and engineers toward effective solutions.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to support product decisions.
• Drive decision-making processes while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on the impact of shipped features and platform improvements.

Qualifications
