Senior Product Manager - Prepaid Cards

About the role

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the prepaid cards product area. You will own the end-to-end cardholder journey, including issuance, fraud prevention, and lifecycle management, while driving the expansion into new card types and markets. This role requires working across technical systems and partners to define roadmaps and solve complex problems in an async, documentation-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the prepaid cards product area end-to-end, including the US program and future expansions.
• Manage the full cardholder journey, from issuance and fraud prevention to lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with banks, card networks, processors, and wallet providers to manage technical product requirements.
• Define and manage the product roadmap by working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
• Frame problems clearly for engineers and designers to facilitate effective solution development.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive research to support product decisions.
• Communicate impact and results of shipped features to the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies
