Lead Entertainment Consultant, Tour Performance

About the role

SeatGeek is looking for a Lead Entertainment Consultant to manage the commercial execution and success of their entertainment touring portfolio. This role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure shows are positioned for success from initial planning through the full concert lifecycle. The position involves driving onsale readiness, monitoring performance, and providing operational insights to support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of active touring shows from booking through post-event
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Client Success, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Business Operations
• Monitor concert lifecycle health and proactively identify opportunities or risks impacting show performance
• Coordinate onsale readiness across internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain visibility into the touring pipeline and active show portfolio
• Prepare recurring performance dashboards, client updates, and executive reporting
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for promoters, venue partners, and other stakeholders
