About the role

GlasfaserPlus GmbH is seeking a student to support rollout managers in daily project operations and the management of fiber optic expansion projects. The role involves maintaining project data, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout managers in daily project business and steering expansion projects
• Maintain and update project, status, and expansion data in systems
• Prepare key performance indicators, status reports, and project information
• Assist in preparing presentations, evaluations, and decision-making documents
• Track milestones, open points, and agreed measures
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners
• Perform data and address checks and resolve system discrepancies
• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements
