About the role

The Technical Production Manager will provide technical consulting for retail and window display campaigns, ensuring the feasibility of technical drawings and developing production-ready solutions. This role involves sourcing materials, managing relationships with specialized craft businesses, and overseeing prototyping and quality control. Additionally, the position requires calculating production costs and optimizing manufacturing processes to identify savings.

Responsibilities

• Advise project management on technical customer inquiries for window campaigns
• Review technical drawings for feasibility and develop production-ready detail solutions
• Research materials and sustainable alternatives for high-quality campaigns
• Manage communication with specialized craft businesses and internal production teams
• Obtain comparative offers and inspect prototypes for quality and fit
• Compare manufacturing processes for series and custom retail builds
• Identify cost-saving potential in manufacturing and negotiate terms with suppliers
