Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

LiveEO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help evolve SurfaceScout, a core product that transforms satellite data into actionable insights for critical infrastructure operators. This role involves taking ownership of significant parts of the application, from user-facing interfaces to backend services and data flows. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle, balancing hands-on development with systems design and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features end to end using TypeScript and Python.
• Define and implement integrations with platform and data services.
• Collaborate across teams to align on architecture, APIs, and engineering standards.
• Own key architectural decisions including service boundaries and data models.
• Iterate on feedback to evolve features into production-grade solutions.
• Mentor teammates and review code to maintain high engineering standards.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and observability.
