About the role

TenMedia GmbH is seeking an experienced PHP developer to join their team in Berlin. You will be responsible for developing custom software from start to finish, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring the long-term performance and security of applications used by public sector and mid-sized clients. The role offers a clear career path toward Lead Developer and CTO positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop diverse custom software applications
• Implement REST APIs and interfaces for specialized procedures and third-party systems
• Take long-term responsibility for running applications including updates, security patches, performance optimization, and monitoring
• Work with a modern stack including Laravel, Livewire, MySQL, Redis, Docker, FrankenPHP, Caddy, Azure, and AWS
• Collaborate using Scrum, DevOps boards, and team code reviews
• Coordinate directly with long-term clients
