About the role

You will support the operational development of StoryMachine Analytics, a software unit focused on LinkedIn analytics for executives. Working directly with the Entrepreneur in Residence, you will gain hands-on experience in building a startup from the ground up. This role involves managing daily operations, customer communication, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Support the Entrepreneur in Residence with daily operations including customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with the development team.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Monitor competitors and research potential customers and partnerships to prepare decision-making foundations.
