Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist will manage and execute end-to-end implementations for new customers in the Strategic segment. This role focuses on developing implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. You will act as a proactive guide and advocate for customers throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently
• Define project work, align with stakeholders, and communicate project plans
• Tailor implementations to meet specific customer requirements
• Advise customers on software best practices to ensure optimal value
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Navigate change management processes to help customers adapt to new systems
