Senior Manager MES / Manufacturing Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager will take end-to-end ownership of international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs, managing them from setup and governance through to rollout and stabilization. This role involves coordinating across business functions, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery while managing scope, budget, and risks. The position requires a strong understanding of functional and technical concepts to drive decision-making and represent the program to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs including setup, governance, solution design, and implementation.
• Coordinate across business functions, IT, Quality, sites, vendors, and system integrators.
• Oversee process optimization, harmonization, system integration, data flows, and data migration.
• Identify dependencies and evaluate robust solutions in collaboration with experts.
• Drive decisions and manage escalations during rollout, readiness, and go-live phases.
• Represent the program towards management and steering committees.

Qualifications
