People & Culture Director

About the role

The People & Culture Director will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Tion's long-term goals while providing strategic advice to the management team. This role involves leading the full recruitment lifecycle, managing HR policies and processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for all employees. The successful candidate will also oversee HR reporting, ensure legal compliance, and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with long-term company goals
• Provide strategic advice to the management team on talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Serve as the central point of contact for all employees and maintain strong relationships
• Implement and manage HR policies and processes including performance management, payroll, and development
• Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to the HR Committee
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Lead and manage a team

Qualifications
