Head of Development AI Agent Platform

About the role

Strategy & Transformation Consulting is seeking a Head of Development to lead the end-to-end technical development of a new AI agent platform. You will oversee the architecture, implementation, and cloud operations of the product while leading a small, high-performing team. This role involves close collaboration with management to shape the product roadmap and establish modern, AI-driven development practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and architecture responsibility for the AI Agent Platform based on Microsoft Azure and C#/.NET
• Design, programming, and advancement of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows
• Development of knowledge graphs, RAG components, vector databases, and knowledge systems
• Integration of foundation models and agent frameworks within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Management of the CI/CD lifecycle, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring
• Technical guidance, coaching, and development of the engineering team and external partners
• Ensuring platform security, scalability, cost control, and operational stability
