Software / Integration Engineer (Agentic Systems)

About the role

You will join a dedicated Agentic squad to serve as the software engineering backbone for production-ready agentic solutions. The role focuses on ensuring AI models and recovery agents integrate seamlessly with external services and scale reliably in production. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and Data Science leaders to solve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain robust integrations with third-party tools, vendor platforms, and recovery agents.
• Design, test, and scale backend services and integrations to meet strict production stability, latency, and performance standards.
• Bring strong software engineering discipline, architecture design, and development frameworks to the squad.
• Build out end-to-end solutions, set up underlying microservices/infrastructure, and drive initial production launch and support.
• Support frontend/interface needs as necessary to ensure smooth end-to-end usability of agentic workflows.
