Product Engineer // AI

About the role

The Product Engineer will build automations to transform claims handling into a fast and reliable process for the insurance industry. You will work directly with claims handlers to identify process bottlenecks and develop end-to-end features that solve these issues. This role involves building and deploying agentic AI systems into production to handle real-world claims.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze process breakdowns in claims handling to develop effective automation features.
• Build and deploy full-stack, end-to-end AI agents into production environments.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and operations teams to ensure system reliability and risk management.
• Iterate on AI systems to improve performance and scalability as the platform grows.
• Engage directly with users to discover and address operational inefficiencies.
