Robotics Maintenance Technician

About the role

As a Robotics Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing advanced robotic solutions across multiple customer sites. You will ensure maximum system availability and deliver an exceptional customer experience through your expertise and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highly automated robotic systems including Skypod systems, robots, and conveyors.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support installation and expansion projects including deployment of new systems.
• Build strong relationships with on-site customer teams and provide technical support.
