Venture Scout

About the role

The Venture Scout is responsible for sourcing companies for investment and building relationships with investors who back private companies directly. You will identify founders raising Series A or later, manage initial outreach, and conduct investor research to support the firm's deal flow. This role works closely with the co-founders and the investor team to evaluate opportunities and expand the network.

Responsibilities

• Source companies raising Series A or later and provide necessary context to the team
• Conduct first conversations with founders and investors to turn outreach into calls
• Research active investors to identify their focus, stage, and cheque size
• Maintain and qualify a growing network of founders and investors
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining high quality standards
