About the role

The Venture Capital Associate will grow and manage a network of investors who invest directly in private companies. This role involves identifying relevant investment opportunities for investors, maintaining active relationships, and facilitating direct investment processes. You will work closely with the co-founders to screen deal flow and ensure high-quality investor matching.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify investor relationships to ensure they remain active and relevant.
• Cultivate new investor relationships monthly through direct outreach and networking.
• Match investors with specific private company opportunities based on their investment criteria.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of investor preferences including stage, check size, and sector focus.
• Engage with investors consistently to provide value between deal opportunities.
