Venture Scout

About the role

The Venture Scout will identify high-potential companies for investment and build relationships with investors who back private companies directly. This role involves sourcing founders, conducting initial outreach, and managing investor research to support the firm's deal flow. You will work closely with the co-founders and the investor team to learn the firm's screening process and contribute to a growing network.

Responsibilities

• Source founders raising Series A and later rounds and provide necessary context to the team.
• Conduct first conversations with founders and investors to turn outreach into calls.
• Perform research on active investors, their focus areas, stages, and cheque sizes.
• Maintain and qualify a growing network of founders and investors.
• Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
