Client Success Coordinator - STEMAI

About the role

STEM AI is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to manage the client journey from pilot agreement to implementation. This role acts as the central point of coordination for complex approval activities, working across technical, legal, and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client approval activities to drive pilot commitment.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation approval journey.
• Manage questionnaires, security assessments and due diligence requests.
• Coordinate responses from technical, legal, compliance, commercial and operational teams.
• Track milestones, manage deadlines and proactively resolve blockers.
• Prepare high-quality responses using existing knowledge libraries and previous submissions.
• Maintain and continually improve the central repository of approved responses and documentation.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and escalate risks where required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline approval activity processes and improve the client experience.
• Support successful pilot launches by ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time.
