Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing and managing visual assets to ensure the brand stands out. This role involves creating digital and print materials, facilitating art direction, and collaborating across departments to execute creative solutions. The position is ideal for a proactive designer who can translate brand values into compelling visual content.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage printing materials for doctors and therapists
• Guide and advise employees on creative processes
• Facilitate art direction and formatting for print and digital deliverables
• Collaborate with internal departments to conceptualize creative solutions
• Perform pre and post-production quality checks
• Submit creative deliverables within agreed deadlines
• Research new products and maintain industry knowledge
• Develop marketing communication themes and individual design pieces
