Senior Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Operations Manager will bridge the gap between strategic analysis and execution by structuring complex challenges and improving operational processes. You will lead cross-functional projects from ideation to measurable results while working closely with founders and teams across strategy, finance, supply chain, and technology. The role focuses on driving growth, efficiency, and scalability within the food delivery and QSR environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational and commercial improvement opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Analyze performance data to develop actionable recommendations and concrete measures.
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects from goal definition to execution.
• Improve processes, structures, and responsibilities to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, resolve blockers, and keep key initiatives on track.
• Support the launch and development of new products, brands, locations, and markets.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI, and new tools.
