About the role

Quantum Systems is seeking a C-UAS Training & Demo Expert to deliver professional training and product demonstrations for unmanned systems. The role involves preparing equipment, conducting hands-on flight training, and creating instructional materials for international customers. You will work closely with internal teams to improve product usability and ensure all operations meet safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on flight training sessions for C-UAS products.
  • Prepare and ensure the functionality of C-UAS equipment for worldwide travel and demonstrations.
  • Create and maintain instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
  • Develop realistic C-UAS training scenarios and conduct structured debriefings.
  • Coordinate training activities with customer teams, site operators, and relevant authorities.
  • Guide pre-flight checks, flight planning, and post-flight procedures.
  • Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance proficiency.
