C-UAS Training & Demo Expert

About the role

Quantum Systems is seeking a C-UAS Training & Demo Expert to deliver professional training and product demonstrations for unmanned aerial systems. The role involves preparing equipment, conducting hands-on flight training, and creating instructional materials for diverse audiences ranging from operators to decision-makers. You will work closely with internal teams to improve product usability and ensure all operations meet safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on flight training sessions for C-UAS products.
• Create and maintain instructional materials including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Develop realistic training scenarios reflecting current UAV and FPV threats.
• Coordinate training and demonstration activities with customer teams and relevant authorities.
• Guide pre-flight checks, flight planning, and post-processing procedures.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UAS operations, flight testing or field engineering
• Valid drone pilot qualifications for A1/A2/A3 and STS 1 & STS 2
• Valid Class B driving licence
