Responsibilities
- Accountable for the quality of all assets and providing precise feedback for social ads and performance creative formats.
- Drive the use of modern AI tools in daily creation and test new workflows.
- Analyze team skills, identify potential, and mentor team members to support their professional development.
- Provide creative sparring and art direction for complex concepts, design questions, and high-converting video projects.
- Contribute creative expertise to sales pitches and develop strong visual hooks to win clients.
- Set and maintain uniform quality standards for content across the entire agency.
