About the role

As an AI Transformation Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategic ambition and organizational change by leading clients through end-to-end AI transformations. You will act as a trusted advisor to executives, steering complex programs while contributing to business growth through pre-sales and thought leadership. The role requires a deep understanding of both business imperatives and technical AI capabilities to drive measurable adoption and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Transformation Programs: Steer the end-to-end execution of AI transformation engagements from initial use cases to company-wide rollout.
• Support Key Account Growth: Convert pipeline opportunities into growing account relationships and support pre-sales and proposal writing.
• Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent the company's perspective on AI transformation through expert discussions and content.
• Advance the AI Transformation practice: Evolve methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep offerings state-of-the-art.
• Enable Colleagues: Advise team members on best practices and lead project teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications
