Senior HR Project Manager

About the role

The Senior HR Project Manager will join the HR Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives and mature the people function. This role involves leading high-impact projects and acting as a bridge between HR disciplines and senior leadership to ensure business-aligned outcomes. The successful candidate will bring project discipline and commercial acumen to manage complex, global HR transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end HR transformation projects.
• Establishing clear project management structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting via project management tools.
• Building strong relationships and comfortably managing senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite members.
• Connecting different HR functions to ensure cross-team alignment, smooth communication, and clear project visibility.
• Driving commercial HR conversations and guiding business leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.
• Escalating risks, removing blockers, and keeping complex short- and long-term project deliverables on track.
