About the role

Letly is an AI-Native operating company building software to autonomously run rental properties. As a Product Manager, you will act as the CEO of your pod, owning the roadmap, priorities, and KPIs from scoping to production. You will be responsible for hiring, team performance, and ensuring the quality of complex, regulated product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Hire team members alongside the CEO and CTO
• Manage the pod day-to-day and own its performance
• Define the product roadmap and set priorities
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of features from scoping to production
• Test product releases personally to ensure quality
• Engage directly with users to gather evidence for decision-making

Qualifications
