Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the financial services sector. You will act as a strategic partner to institutions, helping them reimagine customer service and sales through our AI voice technology. This role involves managing complex sales cycles, from initial discovery to procurement, while working closely with internal engineering and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive ElevenAgents deal volume.
• Balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions and medium-sized regional clients.
• Partner with the Enterprise Sales Lead to convert warm introductions into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing and internal workflows.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the entire buying group, including CX, operations, product, technology, risk, and legal.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to manage Proof of Value projects and guide customers through security and architecture reviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice to sharpen our financial services positioning.
