Technical Product Manager – Integrations & Connectors

About the role

As a Technical Product Manager for Integrations & Connectors, you will lead the strategy and execution of connecting Cosuno with the tools our customers already use. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to define API roadmaps, launch MCP servers, and ensure our platform integrates seamlessly into customer workflows. This role requires a technical mindset to bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering implementation while leveraging AI to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify integration needs and translate them into clear product roadmaps.
• Define API endpoints, data models, authentication, and permissions in collaboration with engineering.
• Write detailed engineering tickets with clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Launch and iterate on API improvements and MCP servers based on usage data and pilot feedback.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external construction industry clients.
