Full-stack Engineer - Creative Agents

About the role

We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs. You will join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack, including frontend, backend, agent architecture, and infrastructure. You will combine strong engineering with product judgement, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs and data storage.
• Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation.
• Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing.
• Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering.
