Account Liaison Officer

About the role

The Account Liaison Officer serves as the primary operational conduit between external co-manufacturing partners and internal site functions. This role drives day-to-day operational execution, customer communication, and end-to-end order tracking to ensure production timelines and stock reconciliations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries regarding production updates and dispatch schedules.
• Prepare and participate in operational update calls with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Planning, Production, and Quality to ensure client requirements are met.
• Raise and track operational bottlenecks or supply chain escalations.
• Collate customer demand forecasts and align them with internal production capacity.
• Monitor raw material deliveries to support On-Time, In-Full manufacturing schedules.
• Accurately process customer purchase orders into internal planning systems.
• Perform regular reconciliations of customer-supplied raw materials and packaging.
