About the role
Sézane is looking for an Assistant Purchasing Intern to join the Accessories team for a 6-month internship. The role involves supporting the Purchasing Manager with administrative tasks, data management, and supplier coordination to ensure the smooth operation of the accessories collection.
Responsibilities
- Création de fiches articles et mise à jour des visuels (ERP)
- Création et mise à jour du plan de collection visuel
- Mise à jour et suivi des délais de livraison (GDL)
- Mise à jour de nos outils internes avec l’ajout des visuels
- Relecture des fiches produits
- Suivi des factures fournisseurs
- Respect du rétro planning en fonction des échéances clefs
