About the role

The Manager will advise clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters, serving as a subject matter expert for US GAAP and US-related transactions. This role involves leading a local hub for US transactions, managing M&A accounting, and guiding companies through US capital markets and IPO readiness. You will lead engagements from scope to delivery while contributing to the growth of the Swiss practice through business development and service offering innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the firm's subject matter expert for US GAAP reporting and US-related transactions.
  • Build and lead a local hub for US transactions to capture cross-border synergies.
  • Manage accounting and reporting for M&A transactions, including purchase accounting and post-deal integration.
  • Guide companies through IPO readiness, execution, and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Advise on technical accounting conversions, consolidations, and PCAOB audit-ready reporting.
  • Manage engagement economics, delivery risk, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.

Qualifications
