About the role
DualEntry is seeking a Solutions Consultant to translate complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers. You will lead discovery calls, run tailored product demos, and address technical objections regarding integrations, data migration, and security. This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls to diagnose prospect pain points in close process, ERP limitations, and integration requirements
- Run product demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, data, and success criteria
- Own technical objections across integrations, data migration, security, and reporting
- Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights
