Strategic Project Manager - QA&RA / R&D

About the role

The Strategic Project Manager will drive key projects at the intersection of Research & Development and Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. This role involves managing product development, regulatory research, supplier qualification, and internal digitalization initiatives to support the company's growth. The successful candidate will act as a scientific lead, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects including new product development for supplements, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
• Systematically research scientific findings on the microbiome and regulatory developments to provide management recommendations.
• Build and qualify a network of new contract manufacturing partners.
• Establish digital processes to improve organizational agility and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex quality, regulatory, and scientific inquiries.
