About the role

Sustainable Med is a growing orthopedic practice seeking a student to build their brand presence from the ground up. You will be the first team member dedicated to content and growth, responsible for developing formats, managing social media channels, and coordinating events. This role offers direct collaboration with the founders and hands-on experience in brand building and healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, write scripts, film, edit, and publish across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Manage the editorial calendar and maintain a consistent posting rhythm
• Plan and coordinate content production days at practice locations
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
• Analyze performance metrics and report findings to the founders
• Build professional networks with gyms, studios, and sports clubs to organize events and workshops

Qualifications
