Manager, Solutions Consultants

About the role

The Solutions Consultant Manager leads a regional team of Solutions Consultants to drive commercial performance, including new logo acquisition, expansion, and renewals. This role focuses on coaching the team on a builder-led go-to-market motion, managing regional operating cadences, and ensuring high-quality execution across the full sales cycle. The manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing talent while partnering with cross-functional leadership to ensure healthy pipeline growth and account success.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes.
• Coach Solutions Consultants on the GTM builder motion, including workflow diagnosis, architecture design, and value narrative.
• Participate in regional operating cadences such as pipeline reviews, deal support, and forecast calls.
• Hire, onboard, and certify new team members to ensure readiness and consistent execution.
• Partner with regional BDR management on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards.
• Collaborate with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy.
• Represent the team in leadership forums to provide insights on performance and execution.
