About the role
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across the EMEA region. You will partner with Enterprise Account Executives to guide technical strategy, create tailored demonstrations, and help multinational organizations optimize their digital customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from initial discovery to closing.
- Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align the platform with high-level business outcomes.
- Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding.
- Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
