About the role

CFGI is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and support complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. The role involves analysing target company financial information to identify operating trends, quality of earnings, and potential risks to inform transaction valuation and deal structure. You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while contributing to practice development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for corporate and private equity clients.
  • Analyse target company financial information to identify historical and projected operating trends, quality of earnings, and potential liabilities.
  • Assess financial matters that may impact transaction valuation, deal structure, and negotiations.
  • Manage and coordinate engagement activities across clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.
  • Develop and review financial analyses, due diligence workpapers, and client-ready reports.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through technical review and coaching.
  • Contribute to client relationship management, proposal development, and practice development initiatives.
