About the role

BC Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support their team in Hamm. This role involves managing daily HR operations, payroll preparation, and employee relations for locations in Germany and Belgium. The successful candidate will contribute to HR process development and maintain close collaboration with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage time tracking systems and administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist in payroll preparation for Hamm and Zele locations and generate HR reports for management.
• Support the optimization of HR processes and the development of occupational health management.
• Provide operational support and advice to employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
• Conduct return-to-work and workplace integration management meetings.
• Coordinate with external authorities, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Organize company events and internal employee communications.

Qualifications
