Director of Developer Experience - Platform Engineering

About the role

Doctolib is seeking a Director of Developer Experience to lead a new AI Developer Experience team. You will be responsible for building the tooling and workflows that enable AI agents and engineers to test, review, ship, and monitor code reliably, while also overseeing CI and developer productivity measurement.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and workflows that allow agents to write, test, review and merge code including evaluation and security checks.
• Own testing and feedback for the monolith and satellite services by elevating CI setups into efficient agent-testing capabilities.
• Manage developer productivity measurement including DORA metrics and autonomous change rates.
• Lead the inner-loop experience covering local and remote environments, onboarding, editor integration and sandboxing.
• Build and organise the team while developing agentic skills internally.
• Partner with Product Engineering and Product Management to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

Qualifications
