About the role

As a station manager at roadsurfer, you will be responsible for the development and daily operations of our Heidelberg location. You will lead your team, manage the vehicle fleet, and ensure high-quality customer service while collaborating with international teams to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Standortentwicklung und Sicherung des Tagesgeschäfts
• Prozessoptimierung und Umsetzung von Standards
• Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit anderen roadsurfer-Teams
• Teamführung durch Onboarding, Aufgabenplanung und Feedback
• Eigenverantwortliches Recruiting von Teammitgliedern
• Flottenmanagement und Koordination mit Servicepartnern
• Kundenberatung zu unseren Produkten
