Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own business problems end-to-end, from initial conversation to production. You will build backend services, AI agents, and user interfaces to support global trade operations, including pricing, inventory, and logistics. You will set the quality bar for the team, mentor other engineers, and ensure that AI-driven workflows are reliable and effective.

Responsibilities

• Own business problems from first conversation to production and beyond.
• Build backend services for pricing, inventory, orders, and integrations.
• Build AI agents and the tools and APIs they use, ensuring safety through validation and audit trails.
• Design and build interfaces for commercial teams to review and approve agent decisions.
• Turn messy external data into trustworthy data for the business.
• Measure the effectiveness of shipped features and monitor LLM-driven workflows.
• Lead technical decisions and mentor other engineers through code review and feedback.
